The high-throughput facility required strict temperature control between -25 to -35 degrees Celsius for rapid freezing of shrimp, salmon and other seafood. Specialized refrigeration systems incorporating ammonia freezing tunnels were designed. Precise airflow management and automated shelving allowed for efficient material flow. Insulated sandwich panel walls and ceiling provided excellent thermal insulation.

Within 4 months, the construction was completed on budget. Now operational, the facility has increased the company's freezing capacity by 30% and export volumes by 25% annually.
